Agentic self-management skills

A set of installable agent skills that turn energy, identity, weekly review, and archive practices into reusable decision workflows.

· agent skills· self-management· identity votes· decision support

The strongest skill is not another tracker. It is an agent that notices the vote while the user is already talking.

What changed

The energy and identity ideas became more useful when they were packaged as skills: small, installable instructions that tell an agent when to intervene, what to track, and what kind of output helps a real person act.

The key design choice was decisiveness. The user is not looking for more reflection overhead. They want the agent to read the situation, name the pattern, and give one high-ROI next move.

The skill family

  • Next Mode decides whether to push, switch, recover, or shut down from sleep and timeline signals.
  • Identity Votes tracks behavior during natural conversation and surfaces what identity the user is reinforcing.
  • Weekly Trajectory turns scattered weekly logs into a protect / try / avoid plan.
  • Living Archive preserves projects, realizations, and life periods as future-self context.

Why it belongs here

This is where the archive becomes operational. The same instinct that made algorithm visualizations, energy tools, and identity surfaces now becomes reusable agent behavior.
