What changed
Graduating in May 2025 and moving into startup life changed the pace and texture of work. The shift was not only external. It also changed what kinds of tools felt necessary and what kinds of questions kept returning.
This phase belongs in the archive because it gave later projects their surrounding condition: more real systems, more responsibility, and a clearer sense that inner-state tools had to survive actual working life.
